Mr. Ajmal Elahi Founder/ Director Mr. Ajmal has over 14 years’ working experience in development sector as a M&E Specialist (10 years in managerial positions) with different national and international NGOs/Donors including: USAID, DFID, EU, ADB, WB, UNDP, WFP, UNICEF, DAI, Oxfam, Diakonie, ISCOS-CISL, Relief International, National Rural Support Programme, AJK Rural Support Programme and government line departments of AJK.  As a Manager M&E of USAID Citizens’ Voice Project (a 7 years project of worth USD 45 Million), he had successfully managed the monitoring and evaluation functions of 279 grants implemented by 202 CSOs under 19 thematic areas. He has sound knowledge and wide technical expertise of different sectors and thematic areas, including: democracy, policy advocacy/governance reforms (Tax Sector, Election, Water, Energy, 18th Amendment, Frontier Crime Reforms, Education, Municipal Administration, Local government, Media and Ombudsmen), social mobilization, livelihoods, education, reconstruction & rehabilitation, disaster risk reduction, WASH and health projects. In addition, he has directly managed and coordinated more than 10 development and humanitarian projects as a project manager/coordinator.

He has very good understanding of and technical expertise in developing and designing result-based management systems, performance management plans, accountability mechanisms, Logframes, M&E frameworks, and theories of change. He has developed and contributed to the Log Frame, TOC for the DFID CDIP programme, USAID Citizens’ Voice Project and many other projects. In addition, he has facilitated 125 CSOs in formulating performance management plans. I have also developed detailed M&E Manuals including required tools for data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting for the USAID Citizens’ Voice Project and DFID CDIP Programme. He has expertise in conducting research studies and evaluations in different thematic areas.

Mr. Rehan Khan

 

Communication/ Media Advisor

 

He is a development practitioner working to serve the economically inactive & politically underrepresented masses. Currently, he is working for USAID Citizens’ Voice Project (largest grant making body working in Voice & Accountability framework) to strengthen Governance mechanisms. Earlier, for Coffey Int. (DFID funded), he devised trust building mechanisms between Govt. of KP & Citizens by utilizing media in crisis situations. Earlier still, he worked on SRHR/GBV themes & managed national communications & advocacy campaigns in Sindh, Punjab & KPK where he managed the tabling & passing of the Sindh Child Marriage Eradication Act 2014 (1). With a proven background in hardcore broadcast & print media (2), Rehan has established himself as a recognized trainer (3). He has been winning various resource mobilization endeavors too. However, his heart lies in conducting qualitative research & programmatic evaluations. He enjoys networking, especially while presenting in various National Researches. Rehan has also been an overseas Govt. of Pakistan scholar to the prestigious Massey University in New Zealand and believes in passionately working towards a just and peaceful tomorrow.
Mr. Itefaq Khalique Manager Human Resource and Institutional Development/ Safeguarding Expert He has over 12 years’ experience of working for development and humanitarian projects in Pakistan. He has expertise of managing challenging projects, advocating for policy change, facilitating government for system strengthening and generating evidence through research.

He has directly supervised several donor-funded projects while working with I/NGOs as well as public sector organizations. In addition, He has sound knowledge and vast technical expertise of different sectors and thematic areas such as; advocacy, research, livelihoods, education, health, natural resource management and inclusive development projects. He hold degrees in International Development Studies and Rural Development. He has contributed for numerous research studies and produced research publications.

 Mr. Ziad Ahsan Manager Monitoring & Evaluation He has more than 13 year experience in development sector (5 year professional and 8 year managerial) in Pakistan with 9 year experience in M&E, donor reporting,  documentation, proposal development and grants management, compliance, strategy formulation, publications, communication and visibility. He has worked with different national and international organizations like NRSP, AJKRSP, ACTED, FIDA, Aurat Foundation/NSER and dealt with the projects funded by European Union, IFAD, DFID, USAID (RISE, CVP, SGAFP, GEP), German Cooperation, United Nations, OFDA, World Bank (PPAF-R&R, PPR), ECHO, Oxfam (Novib, GB, America), BISP etc.
Mr. Khurram Hassan Manager Business Development Mr Khurram has been managing projects, designing and implementing Performance Management Systems (Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for the last thirteen years. With experience on various projects including women issues, small scale energy solutions, social entrepreneurship, civic participation, health, education, economic growth, culture and the arts, water sanitation & hygiene and capacity building programs for various donors including USAID, DFID, UNICEF, GFATM and various government and private funders. He has undertaken baseline surveys, mid-term, and end-term evaluations; managed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, geographically dispersed projects, placing a specific emphasis on data quality. He has developed a variety of unique methodologies to ensure that data maintains its quality throughout the data management process to ensure maximum utility to donors, program management, implementers and program beneficiaries. He has been involved in the capacity building of staff and partners and has assisted in development of risk management systems for forecasting, weighing and preparing for possible risk in order to minimize their impact.

He has 9 Years working experience in different national and international NGOs like MIED, Plan Pakistan, Care International, AKF, consultancies firm etc. He has worked as policy/advocacy specialist with organizations like MIED and AKF. He is a good master trainer in the field of education, enterprise development, project management, monitoring and evaluation, youth development, social mobilization and citizens’ voice etc.
